No, you can checkout as a guest.  Nevertheless, with an account you can check your order status, purchase history, save a wishlist and receive exclusive offers.

Can KOLIRIO make special-order items?

Sure! We can adjust our products to your specifications or make a completely new item for your order.  Please refer to the ‘Custom Orders’ page.

Can I change an order after i've placed it?

We can only process order changes or cancellations before the order has shipped.  Please log in to your account to check the status of your order or get in contact with us.

How do I use my coupons?

Where does KOLIRIO ship from?

We ship from sunny South Florida!

How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes around 3 business days after the order is processed in our warehouse.  For more info on shipping go HERE.

Do you ship tp Alaska and Puerto Rico?

Yes! We do ship to Land of the Midnight Sun and to the Isla del Encanto.

Do you ship to International locations?

For now we only ship to Canada and the USA.
